Location was brilliant.
Studio room was perfect for 2 people, it was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need. The studio apartment balconies overlook a walled yard so your not directly on the main street, so you do not hear the traffic etc.As we arrived at 7.45pm we had to check -in ourselves and although we did not meet any sta

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything you would need for a self catering stay. The apartment was furnished to a high standard . It was in an amazing location just opposite the Millenium Centre and was an easy 25 min walk to the centre. The quay area has a fabulous assortment of bars/restaurants/pubs to choose from. As well as a Sainsbury's express below the apartment.

Free upgrade to a suite because we were kept waiting for 20 minutes at reception was very generous. We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is
a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

The location was superb and the view from the picture window is heavenly.
The view from the bedroom window was the city in the distance but predominant is the Millennium Centre.
The apartment is spacious, airy and well equipped. -
Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Lovely apartment with an amazing view of Cardiff Bay.

I liked how they sorted out the over booking problem my girlfriend had
persuaded them about a few things but it was sorted with ease didn't

During my booking I added a note to say that I intended to propose during my stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question.
