The staff was wonderful. The room and bed were perfect for two, as was the shower. Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

We traveled to London with my mum in Oct 2013. My first comment is, 10 Pembridge gardens is the cleanest hotel that I ever stayed in London.. Very friendly staff, especially dear Manu Mohan :) hotel is only 200 steps away from Notting Hill gate tube station. Very close to Tesco, Boots and some more cafes. The location of the hostel is in a prime location. The value for my 5 day stay was adequate and within my budget. The staff are young, knowledgable/ efficient and very friendly. I stayed in a mixed dorm and managed to make new friends with almost all my room mates. I loved the experience and will definitely be coming back. I suggested your hostel to some friends and colleagues.
