A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week

Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Staff friendliness / helpfulness. Nice to get off road parking which seems in short supply in Brighton. Room was very nice too. - Nice Large Bright Rooms - great bathtub - took a bath every night.

Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it.
Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed
a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also
catered for with the breakfast. We were able to buy parking permits and
park right outside the hotel which was less than half the price of

multistorey. Room itself was very comfortable and clean. Hot water was
constantly available. Tea and coffee making facilities were also
provided and -
I liked the power shower / the continental breakfast was value for
money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the
bed and easy to use / coffee was available in my room which was
thoughtful and shampoo/cream/bodywash and towels were provided
which was immensely useful

The friendliness and approachability of the management. They could not have been more helpful. -
Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Good location near old pier. Nice old building on the outside. Generally clean, beds made up in day. Bedroom light, but stuffy, windows open fully though. Excellent breakfast. TV ok. Plenty of power points

It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

Great for a group -
Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great
communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again
and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels,
washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone
else falling through the bed slats!

Clean, well run hotel. The Manager, Dan, gave us some great recommendations for eating, drinking and visiting! Hotel is well placed for the town centre (about a 20 minute walk) and the sea front and I have to say that this was our first visit to Brighton and we were both very impressed. The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. The room was fine for our needs with nice touches of luxury bathroom products and free water etc. Very enjoyable experie

The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal
to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we
had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we
left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

I have stayed at the Queensbury Hotel before as I merely needed a B&B for the night rather than travelling home. The previous room was adequate, in need of some decoration but clean none the less. The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Great atmosphere at hotel. Staff were so so helpful and polite. Good location. Bar area very relaxing. All in all a very relaxing hotel. Breakfast was served up hot as it should be. Hotel cleaners were excellent. Cant comment on bookings.com reviews as I have not read anybodys comments - we arrived late and were hungry, although they offered a men

Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

Fantastic service, lovely room and just a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!! - Staff were very efficient. Breakfast was good (despite tables being too small to fit everything on!). Black out curtains are always good for a better nights sleep and we had them in our room
