We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful. On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. Having never stayed there i would still recommend it due to the extremely helpful nature of the staff - everything about it. been 2 other hotels in liverpool did not get th

The Cocoon @ International Inn was an excellent place to stay. Great location, amazing rooms, excellent staff, lovely little cafe with cheap breakfasts. I will definitely stay here again and suggest this hotel to friends. - Fantastic room

We used the Apartment as a base for visiting the Historical buildings and for nights out on the Town - The staff were very friendly and could'nt do enough for us,and it's right in the centre

everything,apartment was excellent valve for money and i will definately stay there again.the communication between staff and customer was excellent ,have recommended it to friends,very comfortable and excellent rate - The apartments were very central and proved an ideal place to stay to enable us to enjoy the revitalised city of Liverpool.

We had a great weekend stay, hotel is lovely, food was excellent and staff were excellent. Would stay at the Feathers again.

Staff was very very friendly, after coming into the hostel you are offered a cup of tea or coffee, and given a map of Liverpool with some recommendations.
Rooms are not luxurious, but clean and comfy, and (especially together with the breakfast) definitely great value for the money.
Furthermore: Free toast and tee 24/7 in the kitchen!

I appreciated the lovely warm welcome I received on arrival. I was immediately asked if I would like a tea or a coffee. I found the staff really cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They were all eager to give useful tips to the guests on places to visit whilst in Liverpool. I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club.
I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food.
Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.

We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping

We stayed at the themed hotel in Stanley Street, which bathes in an atmosphere of luxury, romance and festivity, also thanks to the themed floors/rooms and the friendly, bubbly staff. We had booked a room in Bold Street, but were upgraded to Stanley Street, so for £60, we had a very spacious room with 3 double beds and a Jacuzzi!

Loved the whole atmosphere, very friendly,
It was basic but clean, we just needed a bed for the night, the staff are very helpful and will help you with where to go and what to see in Liverpool.

Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks

The staff were extremley friendly especially Sharon. We were taken upto our room and everything we could possibly need was there. We were given information about the surrounding area and felt very comfortable and welcome. The rooms are amazing and great for mates or yound couples the history of the place is a must for music fans!!! - The hotel room
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » s were amazing, great showers and big rooms with everything you would need. One of the guys was staying in the standard double and it wasn't that big. The bar is nice and chilled out and the staff couldn't of been more helpful. Noise wasn't an issue either.
