Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Everything you could want was included in the apartment. Staff were attentive. Better than staying at a hotel, would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, the decor, the amenities, the charm, the staff
(especially Martin), and the toiletries.
We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready. This allowed us to freshen up from a long train ride and enjoy the rest of the day.

Fabulous restaurant next door that allows for charging meals to your room. -
I arrived early to book in 13-30hrs instead of 1500hrs as they stated on the confirmation , my room wasent ready but instead of making me wait they upgraded me to a room that had been serviced at no extra charge , the room was fantastic and kitted out with every imaginable extra you could ever wish for , I was totally delighted.

The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. It is true that the City was dead in the weekends

We were very impressed with this hotel.
The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.

Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of
Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food),
Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West
End theaters.
Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.
