  The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   Staff were very professional when communicating by phone, e-mail and face to face. Both Ziad and Prince were professional and made our stay very pleasurable. Ziad made us aware on everything in regards to our booking and Prince met us at arrival of our check in and showed us everything we needed including the flat facilities and what we needed to ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » do when we was going to check out. This really helped as it made our stay stress free and it meant we could really enjoy the apartment and Salford Qua - Friendly helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, well equipped. I was upgraded and enjoyed the extra space. Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around.

  the staff was really welcoming and friendly, they called to confirm our arrival time and were really quick and efficient. I have stayed at rotana apartments a few times before and will continue to book rooms with them. they also upgrade to two bedrooms if available. excellent service. will definitely recommend to friends and family. - Very clean... τι λέει ο κόσμος » , tea & coffee provided, I was personally shown into the flat which was a nice touch (many aparthotels just email an entry code) and it had a lovely open balcony. I was upgraded free of charge to a 2 bed flat because a pipe burst in the studio apartment I had booked... I really can't fault the flat OR customer service!
