I was working in the area over night and i am looking to stay again in 6 weeks time and have also recomended it to work. - everything especia\lly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - The help i recieved from the management nothing was to much trouble.

There was nothing to dislike about this propert. The hosts were absolutely lovely and couldnt do enough for us.
There was a lovely warm and friendly greeting when we arrived and that contiued throughout our stay.
The room we had was very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.
The service at breakfast was also excellent.
You have a beautiful home and its so nice to share your home and hospitality. Amazing value for money (too cheap) for what you offer.

John and Barbara very friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Will go again definitely! Our room was compact but had everything u could want, and the bed was really comfortable. Complimentary biscuits were out of this world. Big bowl of sweeties at reception. Few minutes walk to skeggie hustle n bustle so hotel lovely and quiet outside. -

Owners very friendly and obliging. Was hugely impressed with the excellent directions I was given after, typically, getting lost on the sea front.
Very comfortable bed and I liked the entry pad on the front door, although it might be a good idea to replace the panel as the numbers are starting to fade!

Pat & Adrian are a very friendly couple who genuinely care about their customers. We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !

Room was basic but everything you needed for a few nights away. Great location only 5 mins walk to the pier and beach. Very friendly staff. Bed nice and comfy, room very clean and had plenty of storage space and table top room for my little girl to colour and play on. Our room only had a toilet and sink. Will stop again when we stay in Skegness

This has been our second visit to Coasters Hotel. the wife and me have alway's found the staff very helpfull. I asked for a couple of extra's and they actual sent one of their staff to fetch it from a local shop and provided it me for the length of our stay. First Time at Coasters at Skeggy. Lurvely 3 days. Alas me and misses were taken ill and returned the nite before or stay ended. Breakfast downstairs was also worth while. Eugene coped very well but he need's a little more practice with English Breakfast. Nearly There though. Facilities excellerant was a proper home from home and with self-catering we were'nt stuck to feeding times. I've seen the odd bad comment about Coasters but i assure you they are unfounded. The staff could not do enough for us and made us most welcome and comfortable. My partner is an invalid but there was no problems as there was a stair lift to our bedroom.The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel.
