  From the welcome received on arrival through to picking up our bag from the luggage store later on our check-out day, everything at this hotel perfectly met our needs and fulfilled our expectations. The staff are exceptionally polite and professional, giving a personlised service on every encounter.   Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double.
