do it. Very clean, spacious and we'll equipped. Jon is very friendly
and professional. He is your own personal concierge. Just an email or
phone call away. Well located in new town with lots of restaraunts,
shopping, and parks close by. Less than a ten minute walk to the Royal
mile and castle.

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. STAFF WERE SO HELPFULL ADVISING WHERE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AGED 6 AND 13 THEY REALLY ENJOYED DYNAMIC EARTH ALSO ABLE TO GET IN EARLY AS STAFF HAD JUST FINISHED CLEANING, BUT HAD BEEN ADVISED WE COULD LEAVE BAGS IF ARRIVING EARLY THIS WAS VERY HELPFULL BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.

Walton was extremely functional and efficient in busy Edinburgh. Visitors intending to spend more time out of the room than in will find it fuss free, clean, and functional with a touch of comfort. The family room of 5! So few hotels have this facility. Car parking was available and staff were great with allowing us to leave it there even after we had checked out. Very friendly staff. Wonderful cooked breakfast.

Great value for money with an excellent location to visit the city attractions. Clean and well equipped with towels, shower gel, kitchen appliances (including a steam iron) and free Wi-Fi.
There was a brand new sofa bed in the living room. It was huge (about 2 metres wide) it felt like a bed and we had a good night sleep without problems.

Excellent facilities in large traditional Edinburgh house, central
situation with easy access to town centre and attractions. Very
reasonably priced for facilities and the fact that it was a Rugby
Weekend which usually incurs doubling the price by many other Hotels and
Guest Houses. Whilst the guest house doesn't do breakfasts there are
good facilities nearbye, although for this particular weekend the host
cooked all guests who were visiting for the rugby a great breakfast on

It was a walkable distance from Edinburgh city centre. However I recommend taking a taxi from the train station so you don't have to walk with lots of bags. We found it very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. -
It was a good flat. The only problem was the shower didnt work, other
than that it was a decent place to stay Plenty of bed space
