The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were also given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - We only stayed one night but found all

First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel on my own.T

Very close to everything, which was what we needed as we had never been to Newcastle before. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Good food on the menu

I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

We were given a great welcome by a delightful Spanish employee and as we were keen to see the Tour of Britain cycle race stage finish in Gateshead he allocated us a room with a view - we were very grateful.The dining room staff at breakfast set a high standard of service. All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Location at quayside was good

Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

This place is excellent value for money. It's about 5 mins from
central station and about 5 mins from the gate and night life. Room was
perfect. Had telly and provided towels for everyone. Shower was amazin.
Very powerful. Staff v friendly and obliging. The warehouse bar is
class. Decent breakfast in the Mornin and food is decent for what you

The staff were lovely and the ware rooms bar below was lively yet also
great fun. Breakfast was standard continental but you can get a
fantastic fry up for £6. We were a hen party and the bar staff found
us our own room for some party games and were very accommodating. If
you want to mix with other groups and are happy to make friends with
the other guests, this is the place to be. It's ideally located
for the quayside and the shops and for a budget holiday / weekend

After reading some other reviews we were a little worried about our
stay. We have to say that our stay was excellent, our room was spotless
and comfortable, the tv signal was the best I have ever had in a hotel

I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we
travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away
from noisier guests.
We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name).

the ability to change the type of room that i had booked online from only kind available to something else when in hotel -

This was the best Permier Inn we have stayed at. All the staff were veryhelpful, attentive and full of local information to make our stay veryenjoyable. Also it was different in not being attached to a pub, havingit's own restaurant/bar giving much more of a "hotel" feel. The ensuiteshower was large enough to hold a aparty in ( if you wanted to!) -

the staff on the reception desk on both occasions (unfortunately I cant remember their names) couldn't be more helpful. they were friendly and very professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. the staff in the pub/restaurant were also very nice, welcoming and helpful. -
Next to the motorway that takes you down to Durham, excellent. V
