Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever -
The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

It is just perfect, fascinating contemporary designed flats, location in middle of action, very neat. I totally recommend families due to short walk distance, clean brand new, specially the premium flat which we really love it, having terraced flat and 2 and half toilets/bathrooms it is very convenient. -

Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and
complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable

have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was
excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are
looking for -
Class, sophistication and elegance.
The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world.
The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb.
Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom.

Ότι είναι κοντά το μετρό και το κέντρο, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και κουζίνα, καθαρίζουν κάθε μέρα και αλλάζουν πετσέτες. - the most enjoyable aspect of our stay would have to be the "apartment-like" feel of the room. we had a small kitchen, wich provided us the ability of spending less eating out every day, considering the price-tabs in london restaurants
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . in addition, the hotel has the perfect location for those who intend to move around the city mostly by tube. it has an underground entrace only 2 min away - The location was excellent. Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

An absolute luxury stay and example of impeccable design and service. we were treated so well from start to end of our stay by all the staff. i wish i could have stayed longer but it was for my birthday treat so just one night. i also had afternoon tea which was an amazing experience and one i would wholeheartedly recommend! -

The foyer and reading room has excellent menus for dining and the afternoon tea must not be missed. There is a small but cosy Bar with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

Excellent doormen who made life very easy for us taking care of all our luggage and shopping plus parked our car very efficient. -
The service was very personal
