  Excellent service/staff, the way they walk you up to your rooms makes you feel very welcome. Rooms were gorgeous. Complimentary welcome tray is a lovely personal luxe touch. REN toiletries. My huge double bath was amazing- I had the best bath in my whole life there :) Food in the restaurant was delicious, ate lunch there.   we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
