  Irene and Bill were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful guides to a first time visitor to Edinburgh. The house was a beautiful older style house that was very well maintained. It was cosy and warm. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and although I didn't choose a cooked breakfast I could see other that guests did and it looked de... τι λέει ο κόσμος » licious. The tea/coffee making equipment was for a single guest but Irene happily provided extra for my son - a student in Edinburgh who left me back - The hotel is easy to drive to and parking was no problem. The owners are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Really enjoyed the breakfast both food and the chat.
