Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.
The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard.
The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (

Location second to none. -
The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

το ανετο δωματιο και το εστιατόριο - Μου φάνηκε εξαιρετικά σημαντικό το γεγονός πως όταν είδο υπάλληλος που μας μετέφερε τις βαλίτσες από την είσοδο ενημέρωσε τη reception πως έχουμε αρκετές αποσκευές με αποτέλεσμα να μας δώσουν άλλο δωμάτιο από το προγραμματισμένο χωρίς καμία δική μας όχληση.

Friendly helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to provide assistance and information as required. We were offered an upgrade to a suite which included use of the executive lounge. This added to our enjoyment of the stay. - I really enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.
