  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.   Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Window in room opens wide and we were thankful for that during London's heat spell. - The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.
