  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Εύκολη και άμεση προσβαση σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς (Underground-Waterloo-andκόκκινα λεωφορεία με 24ωρη λειτουργία), μάλιστα όσο περιμέναμε τα λεωφορεία από την πλησιέστερη στάση (2' απο το... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ξενοδοχείο) βλέπαμε απέναντι το Big Ben - πολυ καλη και φιλικη εξυπηρετηση. τυχαια συνεβει ασχημο γεγονοσ πουαντιμετωπιστηκε απο το ξενοδοχειο και το προσωπικο με αριστη ετοιμοτητα.

  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
