  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the street if you require groceries.   This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of London, & close to several of the attractions. With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location. The apartment in itself is of a really large size, considering the generally small size of apartments in central London, & ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » we were really surprised to find such a good sized apartment in London. We travelled with my mother, & a 2.5 year old kid, & it was very well - The apartment was very clean,spacious,modern,well equipped and conveniently positioned for many of the top tourist attractions. There is a perfect view of the top of the Shard from the Balcony. A real plus is that The Bus Stop is immediately outside the front door ,Waterloo Tube station only 10 minutes walk and Lambrith North Tube station only 4 minutes walk which makes for easy travel around London.There is a great variety of take-away outlets ,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets in the area .Th
