Exceptionally polite and friendly service - upgraded to a suite for our anniversary at no extra cost, and given complimentary wine. I was relocated to the Mayfair apartment as their booking engine double booked at the Sussex Garden apartments ... Having arrived later in the evening from Milan, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Claire ( or Miss "No Smoking") who made all the arrangements for transfer, was totally professional and reassuring... A great central location close to travel facilities. It was clean, a good size with everything needed to look after yourself for any length of time. There was even coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk provided for us on our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a balcony which we could sit on at the end of each long day and chill out with a drink whilst watching the traffic and people pass by.

There was four of us staying here - 2 couples.
The apartment was just lovely. Very modern.
The location was perfect for our stay, so close to the train station and walking distance to Hyde Park.
The sofa turned into a sofa bed and extra bedding was in the wardrobe in the top bedroom.
I would recommend staying here and would stay again. -

We were a little worried when we arrived as the house is directly opposite a pub - but actually there was no "people" noise at night. Would definitely recommend Paddington One Apartments.

We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus

In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.

Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall.
