The owners were so friendly and let us bring our dog with us too. They could not have been more accommodating. With such an ideal location (minutes walk from the seafront and the shops!) delicious breakfast cooked to order I will definitely be staying at Leona House again! - felt very welcomed and at ease. Our aim was reasonably priced B&B and central to the waterfront area. We could not have been more pleased on those 2 counts. Lee, owner was delightful. The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal
to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we
had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we
left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back. The owners are really friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out so that we could still enjoy a full day without our luggage. The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking
ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing
behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was
bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of
Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest
house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay
without waffling on......

Very friendly staff, room features explained in detail by them. Rooms were small but very cute and cosy with excellent presentation, perfect for a romantic getaway. - the staff were very pleasant and made you very welcome. and the riendliness was most welcomed.

The service and attention to customers was outstanding. As soon as our
booking was made we received a welcoming email with a useful map
attached - nice detail. Parking in the area is a problem and we were met
at the door, helped with our luggage and guided to a parking
space.Throughout our stay the owner, Dan, was always available offering
helpful suggestions on where to dine in the town and attending our
requests. Inside very comfortable bed, room had tea/coffee-making
kettle , always a plus .

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. We stayed for one night after attending a music concert mid week. The
king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was
immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and
chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and
set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking
distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies
running it all the best in the future.

The location is perfect: close to the seaside and all sights of Brighton. There are a lot of shops and cafes around. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are very good.
