  The room I stayed in again was a wonderful size. The staff are alwaysfriendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here andwould have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. - We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allocated a lovely room with great view.   The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble , my husband was in Bristol hospital and we come from Cornwall the staff told us what buses to catch where from etc times I was so great full and if I needed the room for another night just let them know from sheenabough - Staff friendly and efficient.   The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later. The proximity of the hotel to the railway station was a great advantage. - Good rate, great location, breakfast included (although ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » very busy due to wedding and Blondie concert!) Also, they take pets so we were able to take our Jack Russell. Staff were very friendly.

  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.
