Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

We had a 3 bed first floor room (similar to the picture on website, as requested). The beds were comfy with good pillows. Although the toilet / shower room was small, everything worked well and was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum
(just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful

This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good (continental} Rooms very comfortable and clean. Near to tube station and eating places. - Close to well-connected tube station. Pleasant surroundings from the tube station to the hotel. The english breakfast was tasty (but a bit expensive).

Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish!
Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment.

The kitchen was part of the living room, and had all the norm -
the aprtment was more than expected- large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and large open plan lounge and dining area.

Suhail from customer services was ther to welcome us and hepled with all queries....
Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home .
Sainsburys located around the corner with all essentials required...
