The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

discriminating host..who gave us the run of the place and did not
intrude save to assist. Perfect choices, well-judged details and and the

The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun

staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly.
Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

Loved the patio on apartment 7. The kitchen was to a high standard, the beds were really comfortable. Our Grandson loved the TV. It was just down the road from Sloane Square which is a lovely, up market, area. All in all we were really pleased. -

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55
Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon,
and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect. There are two TVs in the
sitting roon and in the living room.The kitchen is very well equipped,
with news and very moderns equipements. -

I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. The bathroom was clean - typical Victorian style but with a modern touch. Staff, warm and cheerful. The gym and library were great - adds up a lot of points of my fondness towards this hote
