The entire staff were extremely helpful,pleasant and polite.Rooms are very comfortable.We only had breakfast in the hotel(continental) and this was more than adequate.Will certainly stay there again next time I go to London. - I liked the atmosphere in the hotel, more smartly casual than some of the older hotels

The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet. This is an intimate hotel, away from the madding crowds and located in a lovely neighborhood which doesn't seem overrun

staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly.
Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient
Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.
Location: Kensington is a superb neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby, close to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park
