Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

Really very friendly staff, very obliging in arranging the room I needed. The room was spacious, clean, with very good facilities, first class at a very good price for London - Its proximity to the rail station yet its in a quiet street, the friendliness of the staff and the room I had was really good.

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Close to Angel Tube, fairly close to The Emirates Stadium - staff very helpful in ordering taxi etc. Clean spacious room - close proximity to a range of services - The facilities and its close proximity to local transportation. Greatexperience! We will be back!
