  The staff was very friendly. the room was basic and very clean. it had all we needed to spend 3 days in london. The breakfast simple and good: apple and orange juices, water, 3 types of cereals, bread, butter and 5 types of jam, green tea, red berries tea, london tea, grey tea. cofee, cappucino.   The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast.
