  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
