  Beautiful, historic building decorated in period style including the retention of fantastic (but tiny) lift with manually operated cage doors. Staying here made me feel like I was a diplomat! Friendly, welcoming staff. Free WiFi in my room. Decent breakfast.   Loved the patio on apartment 7. The kitchen was to a high standard, the beds were really comfortable. Our Grandson loved the TV. It was just down the road from Sloane Square which is a lovely, up market, area. All in all we were really pleased. - Great location, lovely furnishings, very cosy
