The staff are very friendly,they are very helpful ,the hotel is situated in a residential area so it is quite and you can sleep peacefully,just a few meters you find a bus station ,so it is easy to move around. - the ease of checking in...polite and helpful staff ... locality ...clean and comfortable...

It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

Βρισκόταν κοντά σε σταθμούς μετρο. Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο, αλλά χωρίς να έχει θόρυβο. Ήταν καθαρό αν και τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μικρά. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το μόνο μικρό πρόβλημα που όμως λύθηκε άμεσα, ήταν ό,τι από λάθος υπαλλήλου είχαν ακυρώσει την κράτηση μας. - η τοποθεσια του μονο

Friendly staff, nice big bed with pure white linen. Lovely clean en suite with piping hot water. Television, coffee and tea making facilities, nice white towels and in a very good location for earls court and olympia (about 15 mins).
Breakfast consisted of orange juice, tea coffee, cereals ,cheese ,ham croissant, toast and jam and yogurt. Would definitely stay here again and free wifi!

In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.

I liked the fact that the hotel is very quiet, in a nice area and close to the underground. There is also a pharmacy, restaurants, and convenient stores close by. - Great location everything nearby Staff very helpfull , good breakfast.

and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at
night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk
that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late
checkout but besides that we were very happy.

We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all. Thefood and service, both for the evening meal and breakfast the followingmorning
