βρισκόταν σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό λεωφορείων και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. ο υπεύθυνος του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καταπληκτικός. Overall quality of the place was really high including most comfortable bed I have ever slept, so clean and big room).. John was at there when we need and he is very helpful, friendly and kind. Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it
made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had
preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large
supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of
restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and
John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so
that was great hospitality. If it were not fully booked, I'd have
loved to stay at M

Staff lovely, very informative. The room was nice and big, very clean

weather is nice. No comparison to other guest houses in the area, this

the host and owner was very friendly, helpful and nice. Fhe room itself was smaller than expected for a family room. As I was alone in the room it was fine. but 3 people in this are definately will not work. The area itself is soso. Got called names from some youngsters one evening after I declined to give them money. Would love to,come back.

We really enjoyed the staying in this hotel. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Huge rooms, Great place to stay.. No doubt about it. Good job guys we loved it and we will be back... Thanks - we could get anything without no as an answer.

Comfortable beds. Excellent wide and powerful shower, the best I've ever used! Close enough to city centre. WiFi is cheap at £3 per day. The owners are totally committed to providing a quality experience to their guests. It seems a range of languages are spoken and there were many Continental European guests though all are welcome. Nice room, very comfortable single bed (maybe a bit small, my mum fell when she was rolling over) and very quiet.
Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast.
Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them.
Definitely I'll came again.

The owners of swan lake, are nice people, they can help you with planning your sight seeing if needed, hospitality is first class, and their home very comfortable and you feel very welcome. the breakfast is very good and plenty of it. you are on first name terms and every thing is relaxed, no noise peaceful house. a lovely stay thank you. -

The house is a turn of a century style with great character, comfortable and warm. situated on a great bus route.

Excellent location, one could not wish for a better one - close by the Haymarket railway station and the Airlink bus stop, within a walking distance from the center, two huge supermarkets nearby and a few nice fastfood places. Friendly staff; nice continental breakfast. -

The people at Martins Guesthouse were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. I had the small room with a tiny ensuite bathroom on the top floor, but I knew that beforehand and I do not need much space - so it was perfectly ok for me. Overall, I can absolutely recommend Martins Guesthouse. -

Room was well thought out and warm, the bed was comfortable, the tv was
on the table, so easy to watch and no neck strain, where the tv is wall
mounted. Is not far from city centre and plenty of buses and shops.
