very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!! Lovely bathro

The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line. Price was excellent (for London!) and the free parking and location of the Tube Station were bonuses. Nice area, convenient for Wembley, with a couple of nice restaurants just round the corner. Rooms were comfortable and warm, and the little tranquil garden was great.

Our stay at Caspian was pleasant despite very gold weather in London. We enjoyed warm room, which is not always guaranteed even in 5-star hotels in London. We appreciated the staff's genuine and friendly approach to their clients.

We stayed at this hotel for one night due to my husbands work, didn't want a long journey home that night. We arrived and were upgraded to an ensuite though we didn't pay for it, which was kind. The rooms are basic but clean and we were very impressed with the breakfast the next morning. Management was lovely and were more than helpful to us. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want value for money, a clean room and nice staff.

I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children. The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.
