Πρωϊνό εξαιρετικό, εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν (έμπλεξαν λίγο τον λογαριασμό αλλά αμέσως τον διόρθωσαν), γενικά όλα καλά! - Ευρύχωρο και πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει, καθαριότητα, άψογο service.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line. The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. friendly staff, excellent view over looking tower bridge and thames, great parking facilities, great location, would use again - the view from the room was breathe taking of the thames and tower bridge
