Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) Ζεστά δωμάτια την ημέρα, την νύχτα χαμήλωναν την θέρμανση. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στο μετρό. Πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Για το Λονδίνο ικανοποιητικά ευρύχωρο. Αρκετά ήσυχο. - Near to Earls Court venue which is where we were going. Easy walking distance (5mins) had bar and restaurant on site but also nearby, also had parking - hotel and stafff vedry clea

We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

Overall excellant from bar ..food menu ..staff and chill out time andservice in general..nearly forgot lift in reception super has two incompany required a lift - Almost everything especially convenience.

Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls
Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some
supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa
Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so
they weren't expecting us. The girls where nice, Polite &
helpful.

Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho
and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone
in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an
important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect
before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it
as suggested in different forums)

My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. More than needed. When we returned in the evening our beds had been turned down and handmade chocs put in our room. Cant wait to go back thankyou -

The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay. - Friendly staff,

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.
