We enjoyed the facilities, the flat was always warm, comfortable & had plenty hot water for a shower,
more importantly it was really clean throughout and it's location was ideal.
Would book again... but
not in that particular flat as it had one major problem (please refer to what we didn't Like) -

I liked that it was always clean everywhere and that the staff were always so nice and helpfull. I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe.

All in all I'm very happy with my stay there and I'd recommend The Generator to anyone going to London - The bar in the hostel is awesome. The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. Drinks prices in the bar weren't too bad - £2.20 on all drinks (except doubles!) and the kareoke was fun. Staff were very friendly too.

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » f hotel. Cleanliness really good. Would stay again - The manager was SO helpful. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. The man on reception when we checked in was excellent too.

The staff were great, helping out where ever possible. Room was neat and had all that was needed to make my stay comfortable. I will definately stay there again. - Reception was available 24 hours and even when we left they kept our luggage till late in the evening. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were kept tidy.

Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! The breakfast every morning is wonderful - made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato & baked beans with toast, coffee, tea an array of juices, cereals and fruits! Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.

Hotel was great value, loved breakfast, awesome location. We were advised by cab driver on the way to hotel, that it was in bad neighborhood. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The location was amazing - right across the road from St
Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating
places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local
restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I
didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful

We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to
Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy
access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was
small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as
there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus
the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.
