  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing.   The staff were attentive yet not too smothering. The atmostphere was relaxed yet luxurious. An overall fantastic hotel in a great location. highly recommended. - I loved everything: the interior design, the sense of detail, the quality of service (their kindness and their professionalism)
