  Being a smaller venue makes one feel more valued as a customer. Our rooms were very well appointed and on arrival, I had been upgraded to a larger one. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the efficient breakfast service as we needed to be out early. We had no difficulties hailing taxis.   The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. - Excellent Location! Cafetiere in the room. Good maid service daily. Helpful and friendly staff.
