Being a smaller venue makes one feel more valued as a customer. Our rooms were very well appointed and on arrival, I had been upgraded to a larger one. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Of particular interest to me was the fact that there were plenty of pillows on the bed and included one really soft one. A good bed and soft clean bedding is one of the main components for a good night sleep and, after all, that is what I booked the room for.

Small and very comfortable family hotel in quiet region of city but close to all interesting places in London. Frendly staff, feeling was like at home. The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. My two kids, both under 7, enjoyed a lot and want to visit London again, specially the parks, London Zoo, Aquarium, River Cruise, London Eye, except the castles and palaces.
