The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. The hotel was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . Great atmosphere at hotel. Staff were so so helpful and polite. Good location. Bar area very relaxing. All in all a very relaxing hotel. Breakfast was served up hot as it should be. Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it.
Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed
a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also
catered for with the breakfast. We were able to buy parking permits and
park right outside the hotel which was less than half the price of

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.
Jacuzzi in the Sea-view rooms works a treat!

The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend break at this beautiful location, the hotel decor is very inviting and luxurious. The hotel food is exceptional and we couldn't fault the service at all. - Nice Hotel, clean, luxurious and palacial, good location not far from seafront with access to most of brighton either a short walk or taxi drive away.
