  Exterior looked not very appealing, but the newly refurbished room I stayed in was fantastic. I loved the attention to detail and the cleanliness which I really didn't expect. Lovely pub attached to it in an urban area with tesco extra opposite and take aways down the road. I got more than I expected and so was very happy with my stay. Bargain! - ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » My first impression was negative.I was wrong.I have never felt more at home in any hotel before.The frienleness of staff and other guests,including folk in the bar area could not have been better.I was made to feel very welcome and would choose the Pineaple as my first choice hotel in future.Thank you.

  I stayed here for the second time and I was very satisfied once again.The staff was/is very helpful, kind and nice.They are always there to help their customers.Breakfast was also great.Coffee, tea, juice and milk for free and delicious bread with great ham and cheese.The Knowsley is really nice and clean place to stay.Every time I will visit Live... τι λέει ο κόσμος » rpool I will choose only this facility.Thank you Knowsley B&B for nice stay.We had a beautiful time in Liverpool also thanks to you.Cheers from Sl - The staff were accommodating and very friendly, and were able to arrange a late check-in at very short notice.
