2 bedroom suite was exceptionally large, and offered great value for money versus 2 hotel rooms. You also had a fully functional kitchen with large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and crockery glasses etc for 6.

Luxurious spotless accommodation close to central London. We arrived a tad early but the friendly receptionist let us check in. Our two bedroom apartment was set out over two floors and all I can say is quality. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. Spacious modern apartment with great facilities and a wonderful view over the Thames. Tesco Extra in the complex provided the option to eat in/have a good breakfast each day before setting out sightseeing. Vauxhall tube station was right outside so getting around was really easy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

The appartment came with everything you would need for a long stay in London. It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious, and only a 10 min. stroll to Victoria station. -

This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget.
It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
Each staff member was friendly and efficient.
Seriously, the room looked like it had never been used, great bed, fresh new towels, strong shower wooden floor etc .......

Lovely hotel..very clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi was easy to connect to. Bed was small for 2 but comfy. Overall the room has state of the art technology making it very echo friendly. It was rather impressive! Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.
Good options in the area to eat however caution that Grumpy's charges a cover and service charge automatically...food was okay but a bit over priced and service was not that good. St. George's Pu
