We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

lovely modern room, clean and fresh, felt like living in a friend's very swish townhouse, diecreet. peaceful and elegant - Location at heart of Chelsea excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms Uplifting Zen simplicity and functionality.

The hotel was a historical building in the very nice Chelsea District of London. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.
