Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) Friendliness of staff and helpfullness whilst remaining professional and courteous. I loved the fact that the hotel concierge was able to look after our bags/cases until our room was ready and for the rest of the day after check-out. Ζεστά δωμάτια την ημέρα, την νύχτα χαμήλωναν την θέρμανση. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στο μετρό. Πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Για το Λονδίνο ικανοποιητικά ευρύχωρο. Αρκετά ήσυχο. - Near to Earls Court venue which is where we were going. Easy walking distance (5mins) had bar and restaurant on site but also nearby, also had parking - hotel and stafff vedry clea

Quiet room, clean and comfortable. Good check-in / check-out. - Friendliness of the staff, good size room, receptionist was able to help us choose a quieter room than specified and even offered another hotel if not happy.

Very comfortable, clean, no fuss accommodation - Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard.

On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

Ξενοδοχείο με πολυ μικρά δωμάτια μάλλον για ποντίκια .Πηγα απο το πρακτορείο Πυραμης .Αν είσαι πάνω απο 180 τα πόδια περισσεύουν απο το κρεβάτι θα πρέπει να έρθει ο Πρωκρουστης να σου κόψει τα πόδια .Το μπάνιο άθλιο απο την εποχή του 70 Θα έλεγα . Γύρισα στην Αθήνα με πυρετό το δωμάτιο δεν είχε θέρμανση.Και το καλυτερο για το τέλος απο της 8 εώς

We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as
after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was
large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good
water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was

the coffee was awful. The breakfast room was was warm, but the fans

The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from
Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants
and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really
friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are
small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we
paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would
definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff for running such a

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods
if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near
by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store
basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
