Very central, mid-way between the station and the city centre, but quiet enough. Well kitted out apartments in a former brewery. Personal attendance on arrival. -

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

NB. My husband and I stayed with our granddaughters aged 3 and 7)
We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK.
Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy.
I liked the small balcony to walk out on.
All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Made this a home from home.
The location is superb for shopping at Cabot and going to the cinema.

Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail
was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that
made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were
laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right
next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of
Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased
with our room.

The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff. Highly recommended. - Excellent food, comfortable room

The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! The buffet breakfast was excellent. - Very spacious room, extra large double bed which was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean.

We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money.
Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service.
The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable.
Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay

My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent hotel - given the budget room price, wasn't expecting too much, but a very well-presented hotel. Room was large and comfortable, good bed. Staff helpful and professional, good bar and restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping in particular - across the road from the Cabot Circus shopping centre and the rest of Bristol's main shopping district. Cinema, restaurants etc all very close. Train station 10 minutes' walk.

Fabulous, ultra modern and spacious rooms, excellent location in the heart of the city, lovely restaurant, Extremely high speed internet access, Mac PCs, very friendly staff and above all excellent value for money. - The room was fabulous. The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -

The closeness to the centre of Bristol, only a 10 minute walk. The facilities in the room were excellent, its nice having the facility to cook if you want, and the bonus of the washing machine and dishwasher was brilliant.
