It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.

We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.
