  This new hotel, easily reached by numerous buses in and out of central London and set in the heart of a minority ethnic community, provided a friendly, personal stay and offered an immaculate room, very fresh bedlinen and towels, plus complimentary soft drinks in a fridge in the room, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits and satellite TV.   The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
