Very clean room, the restrooms are chared, tidyness depends on guests. Keep on mind, it's a budget hotel. Had TV, fridge, etc. - The cost was excellent considering how close to London city centre it is. You don't expect a lot for £35, and you don't get a lot, but the room was clean and I got a good nights sleep.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel from Tuesday - Saturday. It is a little different to those I've stayed in before. There isn't a reception, on the front door there is a sign advising to call the manager's mobile number. We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
