  Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great.   This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central.   We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready. Fabulous restaurant next door that allows for charging meals to your room. - I arrived early to book in 13-30hrs instead of 1500hrs as they stated on the confirmation , my room wasent ready but instead of making me wait they upgraded me to a room that had been serviced at no extra charge , the room was fantastic and kitted out with every imaginable extra you could ever wish for , I was totally delighted.
