  The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a lovely room, and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very tasty and good value for money at £15.50 for two courses, The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was lovely and modern.   My room was really nice...I had a sea veiw and a balcony. The temperature of the room was perfect I am often travelling with work and usually the rooms are too hot but this one was perfect!The bar was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. - It was booked for my son and his new wife on their wedding night before fly... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ing off on their honeymoon.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 3 single beds and plent of room to walk around. The view was amazing, and perfect for us to get ready in and crash for one night. The rooms need a little TLC but for the price you pay it was clean and comfy enough for a short stay! You're a short walk to the Lanes and the beach front so location is ideal - Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.
