  Clean, spacious apartement, with plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The apartement was very bright, as there were 'roof to floor' windows, with sliding doors in both bedrooms and livingroom. Free wifi was perfect.   Perfect for family with teenagers to crash after long days. We were able to buy food and fix ourselves, and the location was near restaurants (many fast food) and grocery stores. Very close to train station. Comfortable, king size beds with nice bedding. Bustling city/suburban location. Good wi-fi.   From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Breda and her staff were friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful with variety. We were supposed to stay for one night but were so impressed decided to stay an extra night. This was the first time we had stayed in a guest house as opposed to a hotel and based upo - Great location, 5 minutes walk from Southgate shops, restaurants and Underground station. We ate a lovely dinner at Kye's restaurant which is in the opposite direction to the shops, 5 minutes walk away. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.
