We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. We went here as part of my surprise proposal to my now fiancée. I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. -
The hotel,atmosphere,food and staff were excellent, everything we expected it to be.A good location. I could get use to this life very quickly !

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy

Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect.

The nice small touches personalised hand written welcome card and gifts, washroom accessories, mini bar facilities, honesty bar, the staff. Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
