Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town.
Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times.

I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great.
The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay.
The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant.

Very welcoming stay, breakfast was very nice and plentyful.
Room was basic but clean, I would recommend this hotel as it is central to all the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Courteous helpful staff, very very clean, excellent food - a very well run medium priced hotel

Πρωτον ειναι σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο και μας εξυπηρετουσε παρα πολυ στις μετακινησεις μας!Επιπλεον το δωματιο ηταν παρα πολυ ζεστο και μας αρεσε ιδιαιτερα!Ειναι σε πολυ ομορφη περιοχη του Λονδινου και εχει πολλα καταστηματα φαγητου,δημοσιες υπηρεσιες!Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικο και φιλικο! - Καλή περιοχή για εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα σχεδόν τα

The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice.

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)
